A plate of food

This salad not only tastes divine, but is also extremely satiating and healthy. Here is a quick recipe:

Toss in your squash, red onion, little oil, salt and pepper in a baking sheet and bake on high for 20 minutes until you find them tender and roasted. Take a skillet and add some oil in it over medium flame. Cook your pork meat in the oil until brown and then transfer it to the baking sheet and let bake for 8 minutes along with the squash and onions. When done, remove everything from the baking sheet and transfer to a bowl. Dice small pieces of your pork. Add cherries to the bowl and add in some vinegar, mustard and some water. Also add kale, feta and mix well. Your salad is ready.

Gluten-free Bread

A piece of bread

Gluten-free bread can be a pleasant surprise for your date, especially if they have been off gluten and hence off bread for some time. Here is a quick recipe:

Line a loaf pan and keep ready. Add yeast and maple syrup and wait for your yeast to get active. Next, heat the oven. Add warm water to the yeast and allow it to rest. Add almond flour, xanthum gum, flaxseed meal, baking powder, psyllium husk, salt and cream of tartar and whisk everything well. Lastly, add the egg white and egg and then some melted butter in the mix. Mix everything well and then transfer the dough to the baking pan and bake. Check after some time until you get a lovely gluten-free bread ready.

Gluten-Free Cake

Have you heard of a chocolate cake with just two ingredients? Here is a delicious chocolate cake recipe using only gluten-free ingredients.

This recipe just uses eggs and chocolate. Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites and whip the whites for around 2 minutes until light and frothy. Take a separate bowl and whisk the melted chocolate and egg yolks together. Now fold the whipped egg whites into the melted chocolate and egg yolk mix. Pour this batter into a greased and dusted 8-ounce baking pan and bake for around 350 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. You will get a fudgy cake that tastes delicious.
